NBTC Saudi Arabia is seeking experienced Tank Welders skilled in 3G and 4G plate welding to work on the fabrication, assembly, and maintenance of storage and industrial tanks. The ideal candidate will ensure high-quality welds, compliance with project specifications, and adherence to safety standards.

WELDER TANKS (3G/4G Plate)

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in 3G and 4G plate welding, preferably on industrial or storage tanks.
• Skilled in SMAW, GTAW (TIG), or MIG welding processes.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and welding symbols.
• Strong understanding of welding codes and standards (e.g., ASME, API).
• Physical stamina and attention to detail for high-precision welding tasks.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented, safety-conscious environment.

Responsibilities:

• Perform welding of tank plates using 3G (vertical) and 4G (overhead) welding positions according to project requirements.
• Fabricate and assemble tank components with precision and adherence to technical drawings.
• Inspect welds for quality, alignment, and compliance with applicable standards and codes.
• Collaborate with fitters, fabricators, and supervisors to ensure smooth workflow.
• Maintain welding equipment and tools in proper working condition.
• Adhere strictly to workplace safety protocols and use personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Document daily welding activities, including materials used and completed tasks.
