CAS Recruitment Ltd. – Greek Branch is hiring experienced Multi-Skilled Engineers for deployment in Greece. The company is seeking technically skilled professionals who can operate, monitor, and maintain plant systems through central control panels while ensuring safe, efficient, and continuous production operations.

This opportunity is ideal for candidates with strong experience in industrial operations, plant control systems, and equipment maintenance coordination.

MULTI-SKILLED ENGINEER

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of working experience as a Multi-Skilled Engineer or in a similar industrial role.
  • Relevant technical or mechanical qualification is required.
  • Ability to operate and monitor plant control systems and industrial equipment.
  • Strong understanding of mechanical and/or electrical systems in industrial environments.
  • Good English communication skills (written and verbal) are required.
  • Excellent English communication skills is a must.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced production or plant environment.
  • Physically fit and capable of performing shift-based industrial work.
  • Newly renewed passport is required.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate, monitor, and control plant systems through central control panels.
  • Ensure smooth, safe, and continuous operation of mechanical and/or electrical equipment.
  • Perform routine inspections and monitor system performance indicators.
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and report technical issues or equipment malfunctions.
  • Coordinate with maintenance teams for corrective repairs and preventive maintenance activities.
  • Respond promptly to alarms, system alerts, and operational deviations.
  • Take appropriate corrective actions to ensure system stability and efficiency.
  • Record operational data and maintain accurate logs, reports, and documentation.
  • Support optimization of plant performance, efficiency, and productivity.
  • Collaborate with production and engineering teams to meet operational targets.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, operational procedures, and company standards.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance plant operations.

Salary and Benefits:

  • Salary starts at €1,300 gross monthly.
  • Forty-two (48) working hours / Six (6) days a week.
  • Accommodation will be provided.
  • Contract duration is for 2 years.
