Domestic Worker

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant working experience is required.
• Candidates must be at least a high school graduate.
• Candidates must be at least 24 years old.
• Female applicants are preferred for this role.
• Previous experience as a Nanny, Babysitter, Childcare Provider, or Domestic Worker is preferred.
• Good communication skills.
• Must be physically fit and in good health.
• Patient, honest, responsible, trustworthy, and caring.
• Able to work independently and follow the parents’ instructions.
• Good interpersonal skills and a positive attitude toward children.
• Must be attentive to children’s needs and safety.
• Must be willing to adapt to the family’s routines and childcare preferences.
• Applicants should have no large visible tattoos, as specified by the employer.

Responsibilities:

• Provide attentive, caring, and responsible supervision of infants and/or children.
• Prepare and serve nutritious meals, snacks, and beverages appropriate for the children’s needs.
• Assist children with bathing, dressing, grooming, and maintaining proper personal hygiene.
• Establish and maintain appropriate daily routines for the children.
• Organize educational, recreational, and age-appropriate activities to support children’s development.
• Play with and engage children in safe and meaningful indoor and outdoor activities.
• Accompany children to school, appointments, parks, recreational activities, or other outings when required.
• Ensure children are properly supervised and safe at all times.
• Respond appropriately to minor emergencies and immediately inform the parents when necessary.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of children’s bedrooms, play areas, study areas, and belongings.
• Wash, fold, and organize children’s clothes and other personal items.
• Prepare children’s meals and assist with cleaning areas used by the children.
• Clean and organize toys, books, play equipment, and other children’s belongings.
• Follow parents’ instructions regarding childcare routines, discipline, schedules, and preferences.
• Maintain a respectful and professional relationship with the children and their family.
• Respect the family’s privacy and maintain confidentiality regarding household and family matters.
• Perform other light household duties related to the care and well-being of the children.
