PLASTIC MOLDING
Qualifications:
- Male applicants only, as specified by the employer.
- Applicants must be first-time workers in Japan and qualified for the Technical Intern Training Program (TITP) Visa.
- At least a high school graduate.
- At least 6 months of work experience as a factory worker or in other physically demanding labor-related work.
- Willing to study the Japanese language for approximately 2½ months after successfully passing the employer’s interview.
- Free tuition fee will be provided for the Japanese language training.
- Must have no visible tattoos, as required by the employer.
- Physically fit and capable of performing factory and manual labor duties.
- Good communication skills.
- Hardworking, reliable, responsible, and disciplined.
- Able to follow instructions, production procedures, and workplace safety rules.
- Willing to work in a factory and manufacturing environment.
- Able to perform repetitive tasks and maintain productivity.
- Able to work effectively as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with plastic molding and manufacturing processes according to production requirements.
- Operate or assist in operating plastic molding machines and related production equipment as instructed.
- Prepare and handle plastic materials and production components.
- Load and unload materials into designated machines or production areas.
- Monitor the molding process and report abnormalities or production issues to supervisors.
- Inspect finished plastic products for visible defects, damage, or quality issues.
- Sort, count, and organize finished products according to production requirements.
- Remove defective products and report quality concerns to the appropriate supervisor.
- Perform basic cleaning and routine upkeep of molding machines and work areas.
- Follow production schedules, operating procedures, and instructions from supervisors.
- Use hand tools and production equipment safely and correctly.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the assigned factory or production area.
- Follow workplace safety, health, and hygiene procedures at all times.
- Handle materials and products carefully to prevent damage or contamination.
- Work cooperatively with other factory workers and production staff.
- Perform repetitive physical tasks efficiently and safely.
- Report machine problems, defective products, safety hazards, or other workplace concerns.
- Perform other reasonable plastic molding and factory production duties assigned by the employer.
