MALE CLEANER

Qualifications:

• Male applicants aged 25–45 years old.
• Minimum height requirement: 5’7″ (170 cm).
• Good English communication skills are required.
• TESDA Housekeeping NC II certification (or equivalent) is highly preferred.
• Physically fit and capable of performing cleaning duties.
• Responsible, trustworthy, and detail-oriented.
• Able to follow instructions and work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities:

• Perform general cleaning of company amenities, executive offices, and boardrooms.
• Ensure all areas are properly cleaned, sanitized, and well-maintained.
• Dusting, wiping, and polishing furniture, fixtures, and office equipment.
• Clean floors through sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming as required.
• Dispose of trash and manage waste properly in designated areas.
• Maintain cleanliness of restrooms and replenish supplies when needed.
• Follow cleaning schedules and assigned tasks from supervisors.
• Ensure proper handling and use of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Report maintenance or repair needs when identified.
• Maintain a professional appearance and behavior at all times.
• Follow health, safety, and sanitation standards in the workplace.

• Passport valid for more than 3 years preferred (or proof of passport release)
• NBI clearance (valid or with proof of release)
• Educational credentials (diploma, form 137, TOR)
• PEOS certificate
• Vax Certificate
