Hoa Hiep Engineering Co., Ltd is seeking skilled 3G Welders to join its steel structure fabrication and industrial equipment projects in Vietnam. The successful candidate will perform high-quality welding of structural steel components using approved welding procedures while ensuring compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and workplace safety requirements.

WELDER (3G

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a 3G Welder in Steel Structure Fabrication and Industrial Equipment Works.
• Proficient in performing 3G (Vertical Groove) welding with high-quality workmanship.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, welding symbols, and technical specifications.
• Knowledge of welding procedures, fabrication techniques, and quality standards.
• Skilled in the use of welding machines, hand tools, grinders, and measuring instruments.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality welds.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a fabrication team.

Responsibilities:

• Perform 3G (Vertical Groove) welding on structural steel components and industrial equipment in accordance with approved welding procedures and project specifications.
• Read and interpret welding symbols, engineering drawings, blueprints, and fabrication plans.
• Prepare, align, and fit steel materials prior to welding to ensure proper joint quality and dimensional accuracy.
• Operate welding machines, grinders, cutting tools, and other fabrication equipment safely and efficiently.
• Inspect completed welds for quality, penetration, and defects, and perform repairs when necessary.
• Work closely with fitters, supervisors, and quality control personnel to ensure fabrication requirements are met.
• Maintain welding equipment and keep work areas clean, organized, and safe.
• Follow company health, safety, and environmental policies and properly use personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Perform other welding and fabrication-related duties as assigned.
