Hoa Hiep Engineering Co., Ltd is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to oversee daily production operations for steel structure fabrication and industrial equipment works in Vietnam. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising production teams, ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, and in accordance with quality standards and production targets.
PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Production Supervisor in Steel Structure Fabrication and Industrial Equipment Works.
- Strong knowledge of steel fabrication processes, welding, assembly, production planning, and manufacturing operations.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, fabrication plans, and technical specifications.
- Strong leadership, organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage production teams effectively.
- Knowledge of workplace safety standards and quality management practices in a fabrication environment.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily production activities involving steel structure fabrication and industrial equipment manufacturing.
- Plan, organize, and monitor production schedules to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Coordinate with engineering, quality control, procurement, and warehouse teams to maintain smooth production flow.
- Monitor fabrication, cutting, fitting, welding, assembly, and finishing processes to ensure compliance with technical drawings and project specifications.
- Optimize manpower, materials, machinery, and equipment utilization to maximize productivity and minimize downtime.
- Ensure production activities meet quality standards, production targets, and customer requirements.
- Identify production issues and implement corrective actions to improve efficiency and workflow.
- Enforce workplace safety policies and ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Prepare daily production reports, monitor work progress, and communicate project status to management.
- Train, supervise, and motivate production personnel to maintain high performance and operational excellence.
