Hoa Hiep Engineering Co., Ltd is looking for hardworking and reliable Helpers to support steel structure fabrication and industrial equipment works in Vietnam. The successful candidate will assist skilled workers with fabrication, assembly, material handling, equipment preparation, and general workshop duties while ensuring a safe, clean, and productive work environment.

HELPER

Qualifications:

• Experience working in Steel Structure Fabrication and Industrial Equipment Works is an advantage.
• Physically fit and capable of performing manual labor in a fabrication or industrial environment.
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and workshop equipment is preferred.
• Willing to learn and follow instructions from supervisors and skilled trades personnel.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Committed to maintaining workplace safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Assist fitters, welders, mechanics, and other skilled personnel with daily fabrication and assembly activities.
• Load, unload, transport, and organize steel materials, tools, equipment, and components within the workshop or project site.
• Prepare materials, work areas, and equipment before fabrication, welding, or installation activities.
• Assist in cutting, grinding, cleaning, and finishing steel components as directed by supervisors.
• Operate basic hand tools and assist in the safe use of power tools and fabrication equipment.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and free from safety hazards.
• Follow instructions from supervisors and support production activities to meet project schedules.
• Comply with company health, safety, and environmental policies and properly use personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Perform other general labor and workshop support duties as assigned.
