Al Ahlia Human Resources (NATREC) is seeking a friendly, attentive, and customer-focused Waitress to join a professional hospitality team in Saudi Arabia. Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience as a Waitress, Server, Food Service Worker, or similar hospitality position.
• Female applicants are preferred, as specified by the employer.
• No minimum educational attainment is required for this position.
• Strong multitasking skills and ability to manage multiple tables simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work efficiently and remain composed in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Friendly, warm, positive, and professional attitude toward customers and coworkers.
• Good teamwork, attention to detail, and time-management skills.
• Physically fit and capable of standing and walking for extended periods.
• Knowledge of proper food handling, hygiene, and sanitation practices is an advantage.
• Reliable, hardworking, courteous, and committed to providing high-quality customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests warmly and provide friendly, professional, and attentive table service.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and communicate them promptly to the kitchen or service team.
• Serve food and beverages efficiently while ensuring proper presentation and order accuracy.
• Provide fast, friendly, and accurate hospitality to ensure an exceptional dining experience.
• Monitor assigned tables and respond promptly to guest requests, questions, and concerns.
• Manage multiple tables simultaneously while maintaining service quality and attention to detail.
• Check on guests regularly to ensure they are satisfied with their meals and overall dining experience.
• Assist guests with menu selections, recommendations, special requests, and dietary requirements when applicable.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff, cashiers, supervisors, and other service personnel to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
• Clear and reset tables efficiently and maintain clean and organized dining areas.
• Handle food, beverages, utensils, and service equipment properly and hygienically.
• Process or assist with customer bills and payments according to established procedures when required.
• Respond professionally to customer concerns and refer complex complaints to the appropriate supervisor.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, promotions, and restaurant procedures.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
• Maintain a warm, positive, and professional attitude throughout every customer interaction.
• Perform other restaurant service and hospitality duties assigned by management.
