UPS Technician

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience as a UPS Technician or in electrical maintenance.
  • College or vocational graduate in Electrical or related field.
  • Good English communication skills.
  • Strong knowledge of UPS systems, batteries, and electrical troubleshooting.
  • Ability to read and understand technical drawings and manuals.
  • Safety-conscious, reliable, and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities:

  • Install, test, and commission UPS systems and related equipment.
  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on UPS units and batteries.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical faults and system failures.
  • Monitor system performance and ensure proper operation of backup power systems.
  • Replace faulty components and conduct system repairs as needed.
  • Perform battery testing, replacement, and maintenance activities.
  • Read and interpret electrical schematics, manuals, and technical documents.
  • Ensure compliance with safety procedures and company standards.
  • Maintain accurate service and maintenance records.
  • Support emergency repairs and system restoration when required.
