TRUCK DRIVER (CE License Restriction)

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years related experience as a Truck Driver.
  • 40 years old and below.
  • Must possess a valid CE Driver’s License or equivalent heavy vehicle license.
  • Proven experience driving heavy trucks, trailers, or articulated vehicles.
  • Good knowledge of road safety regulations and defensive driving practices.
  • Ability to conduct vehicle inspections and identify basic mechanical issues.
  • Experience in cargo handling, loading, and unloading procedures.
  • Familiarity with route planning, delivery schedules, and transport documentation.
  • Physically fit and capable of handling long-distance or extended driving assignments.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Responsible, reliable, and safety-conscious.
  • Ability to work independently and meet delivery deadlines.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate heavy trucks and trailers safely and efficiently.
  • Transport goods, materials, or equipment to designated locations according to schedules.
  • Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
  • Ensure cargo is loaded, secured, and transported safely.
  • Complete delivery documentation, logs, and transport records accurately.
  • Follow traffic laws, transport regulations, and company policies.
  • Report vehicle defects, accidents, delays, or incidents promptly.
  • Monitor vehicle condition and coordinate maintenance requirements.
  • Plan routes to ensure timely and efficient deliveries.
  • Assist with loading and unloading activities when required.
  • Maintain cleanliness and proper condition of assigned vehicles.
  • Ensure compliance with workplace health, safety, and transportation standards at all times.
