Workforce Saudia is seeking experienced and passionate Pastry Bakers to join its team in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing a wide variety of baked goods and pastries while maintaining high standards of quality, presentation, food safety, and hygiene.

PASTRY BAKER

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in bakery and pastry production is required.
• Must have good English communication skills.
• Relevant vocational or culinary training is an advantage.
• Passionate about baking and committed to producing high-quality pastry products.
• Strong knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and food safety practices.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare, bake, and decorate a variety of pastries, cakes, breads, cookies, desserts, and other baked products.
• Follow standardized recipes and production schedules to ensure consistency in taste and quality.
• Measure, mix, and prepare ingredients accurately for pastry and bakery production.
• Monitor baking times, temperatures, and product quality to achieve the desired results.
• Decorate and finish pastries and desserts according to company standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the bakery, workstations, equipment, and utensils.
• Ensure proper storage, handling, and rotation of ingredients and finished products.
• Monitor inventory levels and report shortages of baking ingredients and supplies.
• Comply with food safety regulations, hygiene standards, and company policies.
• Work efficiently with the kitchen team to meet daily production targets and customer demand.
