Workforce Saudia is seeking skilled Tailors to join its team in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing garment alterations, repairs, and custom tailoring while ensuring high-quality workmanship and meeting customer specifications and production deadlines.

TAILOR

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience as a Tailor is required.
  • Proficient in garment alteration, repair, and custom tailoring.
  • Skilled in operating industrial sewing machines and tailoring equipment.
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent craftsmanship.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet production deadlines.
  • Must have basic English communication skills.
  • Vocational training or certification in tailoring is an advantage.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform garment alterations, repairs, and custom tailoring according to customer requirements.
  • Measure, mark, cut, and sew fabrics accurately to achieve the desired fit and finish.
  • Operate industrial sewing machines and other tailoring equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Repair damaged garments and replace zippers, buttons, linings, and other components as needed.
  • Conduct final inspections to ensure garments meet quality standards and customer expectations.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area and ensure proper care of tailoring tools and equipment.
    Follow production schedules and complete assigned work within deadlines.
  • Coordinate with supervisors and team members to ensure efficient workflow.
