TEACHER

Qualifications:

• PRC Licensed Teacher is required.
• Minimum of 5 years of post-licensure teaching experience in a public or private school.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Education or a related field relevant to the teaching specialization.
• Strong subject knowledge in Mathematics, Science, Economics, Business Studies, Physics, or Psychology.
• Excellent classroom management and instructional skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Passionate about teaching and committed to student success.
• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and international school environment.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to relocate and work in Mongolia.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and effective lessons aligned with the school’s curriculum and academic standards.
• Create a positive, inclusive, and student-centered classroom environment that promotes active learning.
• Assess student progress through examinations, assignments, projects, and other evaluation methods.
• Provide constructive feedback and academic guidance to help students achieve their learning goals.
• Develop lesson plans, instructional materials, and classroom activities that encourage critical thinking and problem-solving.
• Maintain accurate student attendance, grades, and academic records.
• Manage classroom behavior effectively while fostering respect, discipline, and collaboration.
• Communicate regularly with parents, school administrators, and colleagues regarding student progress and academic concerns.
• Participate in faculty meetings, school events, training programs, and professional development activities.
• Integrate technology and innovative teaching strategies into classroom instruction where appropriate.
• Ensure compliance with school policies, safeguarding procedures, and educational regulations.
• Perform other teaching and academic duties assigned by school management.
