BZ Academy is seeking a qualified and passionate English Teacher (ESL / IELTS / SAT) to join its academic team in Mongolia. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging English language instruction, preparing students for ESL, IELTS, and SAT English examinations, developing lesson plans, assessing student progress, and fostering a positive learning environment that promotes academic excellence and language proficiency.

ENGLISH TEACHER (ESL / IELTS / SAT)

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Education, preferably major in English, English Education, Linguistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 to 4 years of relevant teaching experience.
• Strong English communication, classroom management, and lesson planning skills.
• Ability to teach students of different age groups and varying English proficiency levels.
• Passion for teaching, student development, and academic excellence.
• Experience in curriculum development and student assessment is an advantage.
• Experience teaching ESL, IELTS, SAT, or other English proficiency programs is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural educational environment.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver effective lessons for ESL, IELTS, and SAT English programs.
• Teach English language skills, including speaking, listening, reading, writing, grammar, vocabulary, and pronunciation.
• Prepare students for IELTS and SAT examinations through structured lessons, practice tests, and individualized coaching.
• Assess students’ language proficiency and develop learning plans based on their academic needs.
• Monitor student progress through quizzes, assignments, examinations, and performance evaluations.
• Provide constructive feedback and guidance to help students achieve their learning goals.
• Develop instructional materials, lesson plans, worksheets, and classroom activities that support curriculum objectives.
• Create an engaging, inclusive, and student-centered classroom environment that encourages active participation.
• Maintain accurate student attendance, academic records, and progress reports.
• Collaborate with fellow teachers and academic staff to improve teaching strategies and curriculum development.
• Participate in school meetings, training sessions, workshops, and professional development activities.
• Perform other related duties assigned by the Academic Director or school management.
