Barona Teollisuus Oy is seeking qualified and experienced Spray Painters for an overseas work opportunity in Finland. The successful candidate will perform industrial spray painting of plastic components using high-pressure equipment while maintaining excellent standards of quality, accuracy, and workplace safety.

SPRAY PAINTER (Plastic Industry)

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience working in the plastics manufacturing industry.
  • Experience with industrial spray painting using high-pressure spray equipment.
  • Good manual skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Careful, accurate, and quality-focused working style.
  • Ability to follow technical work instructions and production specifications.
  • Good understanding of industrial painting and coating procedures.
  • Ability to identify surface and coating defects.
  • Proactive attitude and willingness to take responsibility for assigned tasks.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Physically fit and capable of working in a manufacturing environment.
  • Safety-conscious and willing to follow workplace safety and PPE requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform industrial spray painting of plastic components and products according to production specifications.
  • Operate high-pressure spray painting equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Prepare surfaces and materials for painting according to established procedures.
  • Apply coatings evenly and accurately to achieve the required finish and quality.
  • Monitor paint application and identify defects such as uneven coating, runs, drips, or other surface imperfections.
  • Perform visual quality inspections of painted products.
  • Follow technical work instructions, production specifications, and quality standards.
  • Properly handle paints, coatings, tools, and spray-painting equipment.
  • Clean and maintain spray painting equipment and work areas.
  • Report equipment problems, material issues, or quality concerns to supervisors.
  • Follow workplace health and safety procedures, including proper use of personal protective equipment.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
  • Work efficiently to meet production schedules and quality requirements.
  • Cooperate with production team members and supervisors.
  • Perform other duties related to production and spray painting as assigned.
