Soft Services Supervisor / Team Leader

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years experience in supervision, cleaning operations, or related field
• Knowledge in maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair is an advantage
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Good communication skills
• Mentally and physically fit
• Passport ready
• Able to work in a fast-paced airport environment

Responsibilities:

• Supervise a team of cleaning staff and ensure efficient performance of duties
• Assign daily tasks, monitor progress, and provide feedback to team members
• Ensure cleanliness standards are maintained across all airport areas including restrooms, seating areas, and common spaces
• Provide training, guidance, and support to new and existing cleaning staff
• Ensure all staff comply with safety procedures and airport regulations
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality and compliance with cleanliness standards
• Report cleaning activities, task completion, and issues to airport management
• Coordinate with Maximo planner to complete cleaning PPM tasks and close corrective maintenance (CM) on time
• Report challenges and operational issues to the Soft Services Manager

Requirements:
