TERMO TRANS JSC is seeking experienced and responsible Drivers for deployment to Lithuania. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating heavy commercial trucks for international transport operations across European routes while ensuring safety, compliance, and efficient cargo delivery.

TRUCK DRIVER

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of working experience as a heavy vehicle or commercial truck driver.
• No minimum educational attainment is required for this position.
• Must possess a valid Category C+E / CE driver’s license.
• Experience in operating heavy commercial trucks for international freight transport is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of European road safety regulations and transport compliance requirements.
• Ability to supervise loading and unloading of cargo safely and efficiently.
• Familiarity with GPS navigation systems and route planning.
• Ability to conduct pre-trip and post-trip technical inspections of vehicles.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Physically fit and capable of handling long-distance driving assignments.

Responsibilities:

• Operate heavy commercial trucks to transport full truckloads (FTL) across international European routes.
• Supervise cargo loading and unloading operations and ensure goods are properly secured using straps or locks.
• Ensure proper cargo weight distribution to prevent axle overloading and maintain transport safety standards.
• Utilize GPS navigation systems and plan the most efficient delivery routes.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip technical inspections to ensure vehicle safety and operational readiness.
• Strictly follow European road safety laws, transport regulations, and mandatory driving/rest periods.
• Maintain regular communication with transport managers and dispatchers regarding delivery schedules and en-route issues.
• Maintain accurate trip records, delivery documents, and vehicle inspection logs.
• Ensure cleanliness, maintenance, and proper handling of assigned vehicles and equipment.
• Follow company operational policies, safety procedures, and transport standards at all times.
