FIJI GAS is seeking an experienced and proactive S&I Team Leader for Industrial & Auto Gas operations. The successful candidate will oversee installation and inspection activities, ensure compliance with safety procedures, lead technical teams, and support business growth through customer engagement and service excellence in the LPG sector.
S&I TEAM LEADER INDUSTRIAL & AUTO GAS
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years relevant working experience.
- Must have experience in the Oil or Gas industry (minimum 3 years required).
- No minimum educational attainment required, but preferred qualifications include:
- Trade Certificate / Diploma / Degree in Electrical Engineering or Electronics.
- Valid Group 2 driving license is required.
- Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
- Knowledge of LPG systems, installation procedures, and safety compliance.
- Ability to prepare quotations, cost estimates, and technical documentation.
- Strong communication and customer relationship management skills.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure auto gas six-monthly inspections are carried out according to checklist and safety standards.
- Lead and support the S&I technical team, promoting teamwork, communication, and productivity.
- Ensure LPG customer installation procedures are strictly followed at all times.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to support ongoing business opportunities and product promotion.
- Prepare costings, quotations, and service estimates for S&I works.
- Ensure technicians complete required online training (LMS) and comply with the Permit to Work system.
- Monitor compliance with company safety policies, procedures, and operational standards.
- Perform additional duties as delegated by the S&I Manager (West).
