ITB Nigeria Ltd. is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Quantity Surveyor to join its civil infrastructure projects team in Nigeria. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all cost-related aspects of road and bridge construction projects, from tendering to final account settlement, ensuring effective cost control, contract compliance, and financial performance.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 8–15 years relevant experience in quantity surveying for civil infrastructure projects.
- At least 8 years of working experience is required.
- Must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- Strong knowledge of cost estimation, quantity take-off, cost control, and contract administration.
- Advanced proficiency in RIB Candy software.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience managing projects from tender stage through to final account settlement.
- Professional membership or certification from a recognized Quantity Surveying body is an advantage.
- Additional certifications in contract management or project controls are desirable.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills with attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed cost estimates, Bills of Quantities (BOQs), and tender documents for civil infrastructure projects.
- Conduct quantity take-offs and perform cost analysis for road, bridge, and related construction works.
- Monitor project budgets, expenditures, and cash flow to ensure financial control and efficiency.
- Prepare valuations, progress claims, interim payments, and final accounts.
- Manage variations, change orders, and contractual claims in accordance with project requirements.
- Review, verify, and certify subcontractor and supplier payment applications.
- Administer construction contracts and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
- Prepare regular commercial reports, cost forecasts, and financial summaries for management.
- Coordinate closely with project managers, engineers, and site teams to support project delivery and cost control.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and financial records throughout the project lifecycle.
