SENIOR MANAGER- CLINIC ADMINISTRATION

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 8–10 years relevant experience in healthcare administration or clinic/hospital operations
• Must be a Licensed Professional (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam)
• Proven experience managing multi-site clinics or large healthcare facilities
• Strong leadership experience managing managers and cross-functional teams
• Demonstrated experience in healthcare governance, compliance, and operational improvement
• Strong capability in strategic planning and operational leadership
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality

Responsibilities:

• Provide overall leadership and management of clinic administration operations
• Supervise managers and cross-functional healthcare teams
• Oversee healthcare governance, compliance, and operational improvement initiatives
• Develop and implement strategic and operational plans for clinic services
• Ensure efficiency and effectiveness of multi-site clinic operations
• Maintain high standards of professionalism, confidentiality, and integrity
• Coordinate with clinical and non-clinical departments for service delivery optimization
• Support continuous improvement in healthcare systems and patient services
