Armada Retail Concept General Trading Co. is hiring a Korean Interpreter for deployment to Kuwait. The role focuses on language interpretation, supplier coordination, and supporting the buying and procurement team in daily business communications.
Korean Interpreter
Qualifications:
- Fluent in Korean and English (spoken and written).
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Average proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
- Fresh candidates are welcome to apply; no related experience required.
- Confident in handling bilingual communication between Korean and English.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with international suppliers.
- Detail-oriented and organized in handling correspondence and documentation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail and trading environment.
Responsibilities:
- Interpret and translate communications between Korean suppliers and the company.
- Coordinate with Korean vendors regarding orders, deliveries, and inquiries.
- Assist the Buying Team in supplier follow-ups and business correspondence.
- Translate emails, documents, and business messages accurately.
- Ensure smooth communication between internal teams and external partners.
- Support procurement and sourcing activities when required.
- Maintain accurate records of communications and transactions.
- Assist in resolving language-related issues in business dealings.
- Perform administrative support tasks as needed.
- Ensure timely and clear communication in all supplier interactions.
