Fone Haus Limited, Papua New Guinea’s leading retailer and distributor of mobile phones and accessories, is seeking a creative and results-driven Marketing Coordinator to support the planning, execution, and evaluation of marketing initiatives across its retail operations. The successful candidate will coordinate promotional campaigns, assist with brand marketing activities, manage marketing materials, and collaborate with internal teams and external partners to increase brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales performance.

Qualifications:

• Filipino applicants only.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Advertising, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of work experience as a Marketing Coordinator or in a similar marketing role with a reputable company.
• Experience in the consumer electronics, mobile phone, telecommunications, or retail industry is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of marketing principles, brand management, retail promotions, and customer engagement.
• Experience coordinating digital marketing campaigns, social media, and promotional events is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; familiarity with graphic design, content management, or digital marketing tools is an advantage.
• Excellent organizational, project coordination, and time management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively with internal teams and external partners.
• Creative, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Must possess a passport valid for at least two (2) years.

Responsibilities: 

• Coordinate and implement marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and product launches across retail stores and digital platforms.
• Assist in developing marketing plans and promotional calendars aligned with business objectives.
• Coordinate with suppliers, brand partners, advertising agencies, and media vendors to execute marketing initiatives.
• Prepare and distribute marketing materials, including point-of-sale (POS) displays, brochures, banners, flyers, and digital content.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports on marketing activities, customer engagement, and sales results.
• Support social media, website, email marketing, and other digital marketing initiatives.
• Coordinate in-store events, product demonstrations, promotional activations, and community engagement programs.
• Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials and customer touchpoints.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and new marketing opportunities.
• Assist in managing marketing budgets, purchase requests, invoices, and campaign documentation.
• Collaborate with the Retail Operations, Sales, Procurement, and Brand Management teams to ensure effective campaign execution.
• Maintain an organized library of marketing assets, promotional materials, and campaign records.
• Perform other marketing and administrative duties assigned by management.
