Public Interest Incorporated Foundation J&C is seeking skilled Semi-Automatic Welders to work in Japan under the Technical Intern Training Program (TITP). The successful candidates will perform welding tasks on metal components and structures, ensuring strong, precise, and high-quality welds in accordance with Japanese manufacturing and construction standards.

SEMI-AUTOMATIC WELDER (TITP)

Qualifications:

• Male applicants only.
• At least a High School Graduate.
• At least 6 months to 1 year of experience as a Semi-Automatic Welder.
• Must provide a Certificate of Employment (COE) issued not later than 2021.
• Physically and mentally fit to work abroad.
• Medically fit for overseas employment.
• Willing to work in Japan under the Technical Intern Training Program (TITP).

Responsibilities:

• Perform semi-automatic welding on metal parts, structures, and assemblies.
• Read and interpret welding symbols, technical drawings, and fabrication instructions.
• Prepare materials by cleaning, cutting, and fitting prior to welding operations.
• Inspect welds to ensure strength, accuracy, and compliance with quality standards.
• Operate and maintain welding equipment and related tools safely and efficiently.
• Follow workplace safety rules and use proper protective equipment (PPE).
• Perform minor repairs and adjustments as needed during fabrication work.
• Maintain a clean and organized working environment.
• Support other fabrication or production tasks as assigned by supervisors.
