SCHEDULER

Qualifications:

• Male applicants are preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in oil & gas, petrochemical, or construction industries.
• Proficiency in project scheduling software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and maintain project schedules for construction, oil & gas, or industrial operations.
• Coordinate with project managers, supervisors, and teams to ensure timely execution of tasks.
• Monitor progress of work activities, update schedules, and identify potential delays.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on schedule status and project milestones.
• Assist in resource allocation and workload planning to optimize efficiency.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure proper alignment of timelines and project deliverables.
• Maintain accurate documentation of schedules, updates, and project changes.
