SALES & MARKETING MANAGER

Qualifications:

• 2–5 years of experience with IT providers or in IT sales/marketing.
• Well-presented and professional in appearance.
• Fluent in spoken English with strong communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Positive attitude, adaptable, and team-oriented.
• Willingness to learn new skills and comply with company policies.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building strong client relationships.
• Promote IT products and services to target markets effectively.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform strategy.
• Lead, train, and motivate the sales and marketing team to achieve targets.
• Prepare reports on sales performance, forecasts, and marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding.
• Adapt to new technologies, tools, and company policies as required.
