STORE MANAGER
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Store Manager in Food retail industry, Food service industry
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledgeable in Inventory management, Retail operations, Profit and Loss (P&L) management
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and retail management systems.
- Willing to work in Papua New Guinea.
- Customer-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage store operations efficiently.
- Responsible, results-driven, and capable of leading teams effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily store operations and ensure achievement of sales targets and operational goals.
- Manage and lead store teams to deliver excellent customer service and maintain high performance standards.
- Ensure proper inventory control, stock management, and store housekeeping.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize profitability and business growth.
- Monitor financial performance, sales reports, and operational results regularly.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health regulations, safety standards, and quality procedures.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and stakeholders.
- Supervise staff scheduling, training, performance evaluation, and team development.
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and efficient workflow throughout store operations.
- Coordinate with management regarding operational concerns, staffing, and business improvement initiatives.
