Marketing Operations Coordinator
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in Marketing coordination, Project management, Traffic management
- Familiarity with project management or task management tools.
- Experience working with creative/graphics and digital teams is preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to manage deadlines, workflows, and multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital collaboration tools.
- Strong problem-solving and coordination skills.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of working in fast-paced environments.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary liaison between the Digital Team, Graphics Team, and internal stakeholders.
- Receive, review, and assign marketing briefs while ensuring clarity and completeness of project requirements.
- Prioritize and manage workflow tasks according to business objectives, deadlines, and resource availability.
- Monitor daily and weekly workflows and provide regular project status updates to stakeholders.
- Manage project timelines, identify risks or bottlenecks, and escalate issues when necessary.
- Implement and maintain systems and tools for project tracking and workflow management.
- Standardize briefing processes and templates to improve operational efficiency.
- Act as the communication hub for marketing requests to ensure alignment between business units and creative teams.
- Prepare regular reports, insights, and updates for senior management regarding workflow performance, gaps, and recommendations.
- Coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of marketing and creative projects.
