Marketing Operations Coordinator

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field
• Minimum of 2 years experience in Marketing coordination, Project management, Traffic management
• Familiarity with project management or task management tools.
• Experience working with creative/graphics and digital teams is preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to manage deadlines, workflows, and multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital collaboration tools.
• Strong problem-solving and coordination skills.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of working in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities: 

• Serve as the primary liaison between the Digital Team, Graphics Team, and internal stakeholders.
• Receive, review, and assign marketing briefs while ensuring clarity and completeness of project requirements.
• Prioritize and manage workflow tasks according to business objectives, deadlines, and resource availability.
• Monitor daily and weekly workflows and provide regular project status updates to stakeholders.
• Manage project timelines, identify risks or bottlenecks, and escalate issues when necessary.
• Implement and maintain systems and tools for project tracking and workflow management.
• Standardize briefing processes and templates to improve operational efficiency.
• Act as the communication hub for marketing requests to ensure alignment between business units and creative teams.
• Prepare regular reports, insights, and updates for senior management regarding workflow performance, gaps, and recommendations.
• Coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of marketing and creative projects.
