United Ghita Company is seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented Sales Associates to join its chocolate shop in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, promoting and selling chocolate products, creating attractive chocolate arrangements, and ensuring an exceptional shopping experience.

Sales Associate (Chocolate Shop)

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience is required.
  • Must be at least a High School Graduate.
  • Previous experience working in a chocolate shop or confectionery, preferably in Saudi Arabia or Kuwait, is required.
  • Strong skills in decorating chocolates and creating chocolate arrangements.
  • Strong sales, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
  • Neat and presentable appearance.
  • Arabic language skills are preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities:

  • Welcome customers and provide friendly, professional, and personalized service.
  • Promote and sell chocolate products, gift boxes, and confectionery items.
  • Prepare and decorate chocolate arrangements according to customer requests and company standards.
  • Maintain attractive product displays and ensure shelves are fully stocked.
  • Assist customers with product selection, gift recommendations, and special orders.
  • Process sales transactions accurately and maintain proper cash handling procedures when required.
  • Keep the shop clean, organized, and visually appealing.
  • Monitor product quality and report inventory shortages to the supervisor.
  • Ensure excellent customer satisfaction through attentive and efficient service.
