Neco Plaza Corporation is seeking an experienced Retail Store Assistant Manager to lead its diverse operations, including a supermarket, wholesale business, convenience stores, fast food outlets, gas station, vehicle rentals, and commercial rentals.

Qualifications:

• Must have several years of supervisory experience in a retail department store operation.
• Strong knowledge of retail merchandising, pricing strategies, and inventory management.
• Proven ability to meet sales targets and margin goals.
• Demonstrated leadership skills in managing retail teams and operations.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Willing to work in the Republic of Palau.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in supervising daily retail store operations and ensure smooth business performance.
• Coordinate product offerings and pricing structures for the general merchandise category.
• Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve sales and margin goals.
• Maintain retail standards, merchandising displays, and inventory control procedures.
• Provide leadership and guidance to store personnel to ensure operational excellence.
• Support the implementation of successful merchandising and promotional programs.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
• Assist in staff scheduling, training, and performance monitoring.
• Coordinate with management regarding inventory, purchasing, and operational concerns.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.
