Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a restaurant, café, hotel, or food service establishment is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of food handling, customer service, and restaurant operations.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, courteous, and customer-focused with a positive attitude.
• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Physically fit and capable of standing for extended periods and carrying light to moderate loads.
• Honest, dependable, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
• Willing to work flexible schedules, including weekends, holidays, and shift work.
• Willing to work in Congo under the employer’s policies and procedures.
• Female applicants are preferred for this role.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take customer orders accurately and serve food and beverages promptly.
• Prepare simple food items, beverages, and side dishes according to company standards.
• Set up and maintain dining tables, service stations, and food display areas.
• Clear, clean, and reset tables after customers have finished dining.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the dining area, kitchen, counters, and workstations.
• Wash utensils, trays, and food preparation equipment as required.
• Restock food items, beverages, condiments, packaging materials, and other restaurant supplies.
• Operate the cash register or point-of-sale (POS) system when assigned and handle customer payments accurately.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace health and safety regulations at all times.
• Assist in receiving and organizing deliveries and maintaining inventory of restaurant supplies.
• Work closely with kitchen and service staff to ensure efficient restaurant operations.
• Perform other restaurant-related duties assigned by supervisors or management.
