Restaurant Manager

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a senior supervisory role in the restaurant/hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, food safety, and customer service standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage a team effectively.
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise daily restaurant operations, including kitchen, dining, and service areas.
• Ensure consistent quality of food preparation and presentation.
• Oversee and train staff, including hiring, scheduling, performance management, and professional development.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and promptly address guest concerns.
• Monitor inventory, ordering, and stock management to optimize efficiency and reduce waste.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and regulatory standards.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve sales, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
• Prepare reports on sales, expenses, and staff performance for management review.
