A Plus Manufacturing PNG Limited is seeking a proactive Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations in Papua New Guinea. The ideal candidate will manage staff, ensure accurate inventory control, maintain safety standards, and optimize warehouse efficiency. This role requires leadership, organizational skills, and experience in logistics or warehouse management.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of working experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or related fields.
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s/College Degree in Business Studies, Administration, Management, or related field preferred).
- Proven experience in warehouse operations and inventory management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of inventory systems and warehouse software.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with workplace safety regulations and procedures.
- Leadership and team coordination skills.
- Strong analytical and organizational abilities.
- Ability to optimize workflow and maintain high efficiency.
- Commitment to safety, accuracy, and productivity.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping of goods.
- Ensure accurate inventory management and stock control.
- Train, schedule, and monitor warehouse staff performance.
- Enforce health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization.
- Monitor equipment use and arrange maintenance as needed.
- Resolve issues related to delays, damages, or inventory discrepancies.
- Prepare reports on productivity, inventory levels, and staff performance.
- Collaborate with other departments such as logistics, procurement, and production.
