RESTAURANT MANAGER

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar leadership role in the food and beverage industry
• Preferably with experience in hotel, fine dining, or bar operations
• Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate staff and ensure high performance
• Excellent customer service skills with a strong focus on guest satisfaction and problem resolution

Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring efficient service delivery
• Lead, train, and supervise restaurant staff to maintain high performance standards
• Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction at all times
• Handle customer concerns, complaints, and service recovery effectively
• Monitor food and beverage quality, hygiene, and safety standards
• Manage staff scheduling, inventory, and operational costs
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth workflow
• Implement and maintain company policies and service standards
