QUALITY CONTROLLER
Qualifications:
- High School Certificate required; Technical Diploma is preferred.
- Minimum 2–4 years of relevant experience in a related industry.
- Experience in automotive, vehicle inspection, maintenance, or quality control is an advantage.
- Knowledge of quality inspection procedures, standards, and documentation.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify defects or quality issues.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Responsibilities:
- Inspect vehicles, components, and completed work to ensure compliance with company quality standards and specifications.
- Perform quality checks, testing, and evaluations to identify defects or non-conformities.
- Verify that repair, service, and production processes are completed according to established procedures.
- Document inspection results, prepare quality reports, and maintain accurate records.
- Identify quality issues and coordinate with relevant departments for corrective actions.
- Monitor compliance with safety, technical, and operational standards.
- Assist in implementing quality improvement initiatives and preventive measures.
- Ensure tools, equipment, and inspection procedures are properly used and maintained.
- Support internal quality audits and follow company policies and procedures.
