K2 Co., Ltd. is seeking talented and energetic Entertainers to perform live singing, dancing, and stage presentations while providing exceptional entertainment for guests in Japan. The successful candidates will deliver engaging performances, interact professionally with audiences, and maintain a positive image that reflects the company’s standards.

ENTERTAINER

Qualifications:

  • 21 to 27 years old.
  • Minimum height of 5 feet (152 cm).
  • Good-looking, slim, and with a pleasing personality.
  • Able to sing or dance; experience in live performances is an advantage.
  • Physically fit and able to perform on stage for extended periods.
  • Strong confidence, stage presence, and interpersonal skills.
  • Willing to participate in rehearsals and scheduled performances.
  • Large tattoos are not allowed.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform live singing, dancing, and stage entertainment according to scheduled programs and events.
  • Rehearse regularly to improve performance quality and maintain show readiness.
  • Engage professionally with guests while providing a welcoming and enjoyable entertainment experience.
  • Participate in stage productions, promotional events, and special performances as assigned.
  • Follow choreography, stage directions, and performance schedules.
  • Maintain a professional appearance, grooming, and stage presence at all times.
  • Work closely with fellow performers, choreographers, and management to ensure successful performances.
  • Observe company rules, workplace policies, and performance standards.
  • Maintain physical fitness to support demanding performance schedules.
  • Represent the company positively through professional conduct both on and off stage.
  • Comply with workplace safety regulations and venue procedures.
  • Perform other entertainment-related duties assigned by management.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Salary Offer: NTS46,000 monthly (includes tax- free meal NT$2,400)
  • Free Accommodation/ Transportation
  • Perfect attendance allowance of NTS2,000
  • Overtime pay / off work pay / holiday pay / night work pay
