Jaddarah Workforce Services Company, in partnership with Lenovo Manufacturing Co., is seeking skilled and reliable Machine Operators to support its electronics manufacturing operations in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidates will be responsible for operating, monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintaining production machinery to ensure efficient manufacturing processes, product quality, and workplace safety. Candidates with experience in electronics manufacturing and machine troubleshooting are highly encouraged to apply.

MACHINE OPERATOR

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2–3 years of experience as a Machine Operator in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Experience in electronics manufacturing is an advantage.
• Strong troubleshooting skills involving manufacturing equipment and production machinery.
• Knowledge of machine setup, operation, preventive maintenance, and equipment diagnostics.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions, operating manuals, and technical procedures.
• Basic understanding of mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems is an advantage.
• Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced production environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality.
• Good communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules and overtime when required.
• Willing to work in Saudi Arabia under the employer’s policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor manufacturing machines and production equipment in accordance with standard operating procedures.
• Set up machines before production runs and perform routine adjustments to ensure optimal performance.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and operational issues to minimize production downtime.
• Inspect machines regularly and identify equipment malfunctions or abnormalities.
• Perform basic preventive maintenance, cleaning, and lubrication of production equipment.
• Monitor production output and ensure products meet quality specifications and company standards.
• Record machine performance, production data, maintenance activities, and equipment issues.
• Coordinate with maintenance technicians and production supervisors to resolve complex machine problems.
• Follow production schedules and maintain efficiency while minimizing material waste.
• Ensure compliance with quality control procedures, workplace safety regulations, and the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Maintain a clean and organized work area following 5S and manufacturing best practices.
• Perform other production-related duties as assigned by management.
