QUALITY CONTROLLER

Qualifications:

  • High School Certificate required; Technical Diploma is preferred.
  • Minimum 2–4 years of relevant experience in a related industry.
  • Experience in automotive, vehicle inspection, maintenance, or quality control is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of quality inspection procedures, standards, and documentation.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to identify defects or quality issues.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Inspect vehicles, components, and completed work to ensure compliance with company quality standards and specifications.
  • Perform quality checks, testing, and evaluations to identify defects or non-conformities.
  • Verify that repair, service, and production processes are completed according to established procedures.
  • Document inspection results, prepare quality reports, and maintain accurate records.
  • Identify quality issues and coordinate with relevant departments for corrective actions.
  • Monitor compliance with safety, technical, and operational standards.
  • Assist in implementing quality improvement initiatives and preventive measures.
  • Ensure tools, equipment, and inspection procedures are properly used and maintained.
  • Support internal quality audits and follow company policies and procedures.
