WORKSHOP CONTROLLER
Qualifications:
- Male applicants preferred
- Minimum of 2 years’ working experience
- Vocational Diploma or Short Course Certificate in relevant fields or similar
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to follow departmental policies, procedures, and standard operating instructions
- Proactive approach to identifying process improvements and cost-saving opportunities
Responsibilities:
- Review all supporting documents of job cards to ensure completeness and accuracy before finalizing invoices
- Ensure compliance with departmental policies, standard operating procedures, and instructions
- Support identification and implementation of process improvements, productivity enhancements, and cost reduction initiatives
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for workshop operations
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and operational efficiency
- Contribute to maintaining high standards of quality and customer service
Requirements:
- Detailed Resume with job description/duties & responsibilities
- Passport valid for more than 3 years preferred (or proof of passport release)
- NBI clearance (valid or with proof of release)
- Educational credentials (diploma, form 137, TOR)
- PEOS certificate
- Vax Certificate
