SUPERVISOR (Welding/Fabrication)

Qualifications:

• Male applicants only, up to 45 years old.
• Must have relevant work experience in modular fabrication.
• Overseas work experience is preferred.
• Applicants must be able to provide the required certifications relevant to the position they are applying for.
• Strong knowledge of welding and fabrication processes, technical drawings, and quality standards.
• Proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to supervise teams and work effectively under project deadlines.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily welding and fabrication activities to ensure timely project completion.
• Monitor work quality and ensure all fabrication and welding activities comply with approved drawings, specifications, and applicable standards.
• Assign tasks, monitor workforce productivity, and provide technical guidance to welders and fabrication personnel.
• Review fabrication drawings, welding procedures, and work plans before execution.
• Coordinate materials, tools, equipment, and manpower to support efficient project operations.
• Conduct inspections to verify workmanship, quality, and compliance with safety requirements.
• Resolve fabrication and welding issues while maintaining project schedules and quality objectives.
• Prepare daily progress reports, documentation, and work records.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations.
• Coordinate with project engineers, quality inspectors, and other departments to achieve project goals.

Requirements:

• Passport valid for more than 3 years preferred (or proof of passport release)
• NBI clearance (valid or with proof of release)
• Educational credentials (diploma, form 137, TOR)
• PEOS certificate
• Vax Certificate
