Oasis.ky Ltd is seeking experienced Skilled Tradesmen / CPO Certified Pool Maintenance Personnel to join its team in the Cayman Islands. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing civil construction, maintenance, repair, and site work activities, as well as maintaining swimming pool systems in accordance with industry standards and safety regulations. Candidates assigned to pool maintenance must hold a valid Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification.
Skilled Tradesmen / CPO Certified Pool Maintenance Person
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of related experience in civil construction, including formworks, steel reinforcement, concrete pouring, and concrete works.
- Pool Maintenance applicants must possess a valid Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification.
- Skilled in construction, repair, maintenance, and general site work activities.
- Strong understanding of workplace safety practices and procedures.
- Reliable, safety-conscious, and able to work effectively in a team environment.
- Physically fit and capable of performing manual construction and maintenance work.
Responsibilities:
- Perform civil construction work, including formwork, steel reinforcement, concrete pouring, finishing, and general site activities.
- Carry out construction, repair, maintenance, and improvement works on buildings, facilities, and infrastructure.
- Inspect, maintain, and service swimming pools, filtration systems, pumps, and related equipment.
- Monitor and maintain proper pool water quality through chemical testing and treatment.
- Diagnose and perform minor repairs on pool equipment and associated systems.
- Operate construction tools, equipment, and machinery safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe worksite while complying with company safety policies.
- Report maintenance issues, equipment defects, and completed work to supervisors.
- Coordinate with team members to complete assigned projects efficiently and on schedule.
