ROOM ATTENDANT
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be at least a high school graduate.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Physically fit with the stamina to perform cleaning duties and manual tasks for extended periods.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Detail-oriented and committed to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Able to work independently with a professional attitude and strong sense of responsibility.
Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain guest rooms by vacuuming, dusting, polishing furniture, and sanitizing bathrooms.
- Make beds and replace bed linens, pillowcases, blankets, towels, and other room essentials.
- Restock toiletries, towels, and guest amenities to ensure rooms are properly prepared.
- Clean and maintain public areas such as lobbies, hallways, stairways, and other assigned spaces.
- Inspect guest rooms for damaged or defective fixtures and report maintenance concerns to management.
- Respond to guest requests and concerns professionally while providing basic information about hotel facilities.
- Handle and properly record lost and found items according to company procedures.
