SENIOR OPERATOR

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience required.
  • Must have experience in the DIP Unit (Deinked Pulp).
  • Experience working in a Tissue Paper Manufacturing Company is required.
  • Strong knowledge of tissue paper production processes and DIP operations.
  • Ability to operate, monitor, and troubleshoot production equipment.
  • Good understanding of safety procedures and manufacturing standards.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a production environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate and monitor the Deinked Pulp (DIP) Unit equipment and production processes.
  • Ensure smooth operation of machinery and production systems according to company standards.
  • Monitor process parameters, identify operational issues, and take corrective actions when required.
  • Perform routine inspections and report equipment abnormalities or production concerns.
  • Maintain product quality by following established operating procedures and quality requirements.
  • Coordinate with maintenance and production teams to resolve operational issues.
  • Maintain accurate production records, reports, and operational documentation.
  • Follow safety procedures, environmental standards, and company policies during all operations.
  • Assist in improving production efficiency and minimizing downtime.
