The successful candidates will be responsible for sorting, inspecting, organizing, and preparing products for packaging and distribution while ensuring quality standards and efficient workflow. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals seeking entry-level employment in the manufacturing industry, as no prior work experience is required.

PRODUCT SORTING WORKER

Qualifications:

• Must be 24 to 30 years old.
• Open to male and female applicants.
• Must be at least a high school graduate.
• No previous work experience is required.
• Physically fit and capable of standing for extended periods and performing repetitive tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify product defects or irregularities.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to manufacturing and warehouse operations.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment.
• Good work ethic, reliability, and willingness to work on shifts or overtime if required.
• Willing to work in Saudi Arabia under the employer’s policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Sort products according to company specifications, product type, size, model, or quality standards.
• Inspect products for defects, damage, or inconsistencies before packaging or shipment.
• Separate defective or non-conforming items and report quality issues to supervisors.
• Organize finished products and materials in designated storage or production areas.
• Label, package, and prepare products for distribution and shipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sorting and production work area.
• Follow production schedules and standard operating procedures to meet daily output targets.
• Handle products carefully to prevent damage during sorting and packaging.
• Operate basic production tools and equipment safely when required.
• Comply with company quality standards, workplace safety regulations, and the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Work collaboratively with supervisors and production team members to ensure efficient operations.
• Perform other warehouse and production support duties as assigned.
