Integrated Services Engineering Consulting Company (ISEC) is seeking a Principal Process Engineer to provide technical leadership in process design, optimization, and project execution for large-scale oil & gas and industrial projects in Saudi Arabia. This senior role involves ensuring process safety, efficiency, and compliance with international standards while mentoring engineering teams.

Principal Process Engineer

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 15+ years of relevant process engineering experience
• Extensive experience in GES+, FEED, PMC, or EPC projects
• Strong background in oil & gas or large-scale industrial process design
• Expertise in process safety, optimization, and operational efficiency
• Proficient in process simulation software and engineering tools
• Proven leadership, mentoring, and team management skills
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making capabilities
• Strong communication and coordination skills for multidisciplinary collaboration
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety standards
• Ability to perform under pressure and meet project deadlines

Responsibilities:

• Lead process engineering activities for GES+, FEED, PMC, or EPC projects
• Develop, review, and approve process flow diagrams (PFDs), piping and instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs), and process specifications
• Conduct process simulations, calculations, and design analysis
• Ensure compliance with international codes, standards, and client requirements
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior process engineers
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation engineers
• Support project execution, commissioning, and troubleshooting of process systems
• Prepare technical reports, design documents, and project deliverables
• Evaluate and recommend process improvements and innovations
• Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and safety regulations
