DAESHIN Plant Construction Co., Ltd. is seeking an experienced Piping Foreman to supervise and oversee piping installation activities for industrial projects in Poland. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading piping crews, ensuring quality workmanship, maintaining safety standards, and completing project activities according to specifications and schedules.
The ideal candidate has extensive experience in piping works, particularly in the Oil and Gas and Power Plant industries, with strong leadership and technical skills.
PIPING FOREMAN
Qualifications:
- Must have a VALID TRC.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working in the same position as a Piping Foreman.
- Proven experience in Oil and Gas and Power Plant projects.
- Strong knowledge of piping installation, fabrication, and construction practices.
- Ability to supervise and manage piping crews effectively.
- Familiarity with piping drawings, specifications, and industrial construction standards.
- Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead piping installation teams in accordance with project requirements and technical specifications.
- Coordinate daily piping activities, manpower allocation, and work schedules.
- Monitor piping fabrication, installation, alignment, testing, and inspection activities.
- Ensure all piping works are completed safely, efficiently, and according to quality standards.
- Read and interpret piping drawings, isometric drawings, and technical documents.
- Coordinate with engineers, supervisors, and other project teams to ensure smooth workflow.
- Inspect completed piping works and ensure compliance with project specifications.
- Identify and resolve site issues related to piping installation and construction activities.
- Ensure proper use of tools, equipment, and personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Maintain safety, quality, and productivity standards on site.
- Prepare and submit work progress reports as required.
