PIPELINE SUPERVISOR

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant working experience in concrete pipeline operations.
  • No formal educational requirement; practical experience is essential.
  • Male applicants preferred.
  • Extensive field experience managing high-pressure concrete delivery systems.
  • Possess relevant technical certifications for pipeline operations.
  • Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Logistics & Planning: Develop and implement the comprehensive “Pipe Plan” for complex concrete pours, determining the optimal deployment of stationary versus spider boom systems based on structural load capacities.
  • Technical Compliance: Review and approve vendor shop drawings and technical specifications for high-pressure pipeline systems, ensuring adherence to project engineering standards.
  • Resource Management: Oversee manpower allocation across multiple project zones, coordinating with the Production Manager to optimize concrete delivery schedules.
  • Ensure smooth and efficient operation of high-pressure pipelines during construction activities.
  • Maintain safety compliance and operational standards on all project sites.
  • Provide guidance and supervision to pipeline operators, ensuring quality, efficiency, and adherence to technical specifications.
