Australian Skilled Migration is seeking experienced House and Commercial Painters to join construction and maintenance projects in Australia. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality interior and exterior painting services for residential and commercial properties, ensuring excellent finish, durability, and compliance with safety standards.
PAINTER (HOUSE COMMERCIAL)
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an Interior and Exterior House/Commercial Painter.
- At least 1 year of college education or completion of a 1-year vocational course.
- Middle East work experience is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of painting techniques, surface preparation, and finishing standards.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a construction team.
- Physically fit and able to work at heights and in various site conditions.
- Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship.
- Understanding of occupational health and safety practices in construction environments
Responsibilities:
- Perform interior and exterior painting for residential and commercial buildings.
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, scraping, filling cracks, and applying primer as needed.
- Mix paints, match colors, and ensure consistency in texture and finish.
- Apply paint, varnish, and other coatings using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment.
- Protect surrounding surfaces and ensure clean, precise workmanship.
- Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards and client satisfaction.
- Follow workplace safety procedures and use protective equipment at all times.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in good condition.
- Work efficiently to meet project deadlines and specifications.
