Ibda Nakhwa Sweet Lab Establishment is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Cake Decorator to join its pastry and confectionery team in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing, baking, and decorating cakes and baked goods while maintaining high standards of quality, hygiene, and presentation.

WORKER KITCHEN (CAKE DECORATOR)

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years relevant working experience as a Cake Decorator or in a bakery/kitchen environment.
• At least a High School Graduate.
• Male applicants are preferred for this role.
• Skilled in baking techniques, cake decoration, and pastry preparation.
• Knowledgeable in food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
• Ability to follow recipes accurately and work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Strong attention to detail and creativity in cake design and presentation.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately measure, weigh, and prepare ingredients following standardized recipes.
• Operate commercial mixers and baking equipment for dough preparation and production.
• Knead, roll, cut, and shape dough for cakes, pastries, and other baked products.
• Decorate cakes and pastries using icing, glazes, fillings, and other decorative techniques.
• Monitor baking processes, adjust oven temperatures, and ensure products are baked to quality standards.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure consistency, taste, and presentation of finished goods.
• Manage ingredient inventory, monitor stock levels, and assist in ordering supplies when needed.
• Follow proper storage procedures and minimize ingredient waste and spoilage.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, tools, ovens, proofers, and refrigeration units.
• Comply with food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety standards at all times.
