Physical Therapist Aide

Qualifications:

Minimum Diploma in Physiotherapy / Occupational therapy
2-years relevant working experience

Responsibilities:

Perform appropriate therapy interventions as prescribed by Physiotherapist
Conduct indoor / outdoor social and recreational activities for residents scheduled by Occupational Therapist / Social & Recreational Coordinator
Monitor residents during therapy sessions to ensure their safety and well-being
Adhere to Infection control practices in the nursing home facility and during therapy sessions
Practice diligent documentation in residents’ case notes and filing of relevant documents

Requirements:

Detailed Resume with job description/duties & responsibilities
Passport valid for more than 3 years preferred (or proof of passport release)
NBI clearance (valid or with proof of release)
Educational credentials (diploma, form 137, TOR)
PEOS certificate
Vax Certificate
